Media Does Buzz is the work of John McIntosh.
I create and edit 2D and 3D motion graphics and videos that tell stories and communicate ideas.
My 15+ years of experience has spanned the advertising, technology, and entertainment industries and included animations for social media, arenas, company events, product web pages, and in-game cinematics for Guild Wars 2, among others. I am open to freelance work, but I am on the hunt for the right FTE role with a dynamic team where I can add long term value as a multi-skilled content creator.
My work is primarily motion graphics but I have a passion for 3D animation and a background in video production and editing. I have a deep yet wide knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques needed for creating media that communicates an idea and looks great. I have a deep respect for good design and creative storytelling, and I really enjoy learning and exploring new tools and techniques.
When I’m not behind a computer or camera you might find me outside touching some grass, exploring around the PNW, being on two or four wheels, reading, writing, drawing, or spending time with family and friends.
