
Personal experiments using Unreal Engine 5.4 for nearly real-time rendering of complex animated 3D scenes.
While most models were sourced from various 3D libraries, simple geometry and 3D text were created, animated, and rendered entirely within Unreal Engine. Trees, rocks, and plantlife were placed with a paintbrush – very cool feature.
Very promising tech and some interesting workflows. These were created on a mac, but eventually I will upgrade my PC with a stronger Nvidia card to allow for much better lighting and shading technologies. These could look way better! 😉
